Yes. We're a family dental practice and we welcome patients of all ages, including children.
Yes. Dental anxiety is common, and we're committed to giving nervous patients a calm, comfortable experience. Our team uses modern technology and techniques focused on comfort — quieter equipment, supportive chairs, gentle injection methods, and the option to take short breaks during treatment. For patients with significant anxiety, we also offer sedation dentistry to help you relax and feel at ease.
Your first visit is a comprehensive exam that usually takes about an hour. You can expect a thorough cleaning and exam checking for cavities, cracks, and gum disease; an inspection of your gums and an oral cancer screening if needed; and X-rays or other diagnostics for a detailed view of your teeth, roots, and jawbone. We'll go over anything we find, recommend treatment or follow-up care, and schedule a professional cleaning if it isn't part of your initial exam.
Your health and safety are our top priorities. We follow safety standards that meet or exceed CDC guidelines and OSHA recommendations for cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing all dental treatment areas.
We offer preventive cleanings and exams, teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, smile makeovers, Invisalign, dental implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, periodontics, TMJ treatment, sleep apnea therapy, and emergency care — plus an in-house savings plan for patients without insurance.
Our dental team includes professionals with expertise across several areas. We offer general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, restorative treatments, orthodontics (including Invisalign®), oral surgery (including wisdom teeth removal and extractions), periodontics for gum disease, and dental implants — and our dentists work together so your care is personalized to your needs.
Dr. Michael LeGrand, one of our dentists, has been providing dental care to the Montgomery area for over 20 years.
Emergency & Sedation
Call us right away to let us know what's going on — even if the office is closed, we can guide you on next steps. For urgent pain or injury, an over-the-counter pain reliever can help, and try not to disturb the affected area. If a tooth has been knocked out, gently clean it and try to reinsert it into the socket; if you can't, store it in milk or saliva and seek emergency care as soon as possible. Professional treatment is essential, so contact us as soon as we reopen to schedule an emergency appointment: (334) 279-1166
